Horrible company to work for. The director is extremely unprofessional, the school is unorganized and things are very chaotic. Teachers are not paid for planning time (i.e. lesson planning), they are simply paid for the hours that they are scheduled to work at the school. The director is highly emotional, consequentially he fires teachers and staff on a whim. The staff enters the classroom during class time, pulls students out of class to discuss/collect payment. Students complain of being overcharged, as a result the school's numbers are decreasing. The teachers are not provided with teacher's edition books....so they simply have to wing it. Many of the teachers on board are just beginning their TESL careers, as a result students are charged for a quality education that they really don't receive. Lastly, the director finds reasons not to pay teachers/staff their final check. He makes up petty reasons for not paying you which ultimately forces the teacher to take him to court for their final paycheck. This is not a good company to work for. I would not recommend it to teachers or students. It is essentially a burden on the community.
