Not all honey is RAW HONEY!!! Whether labeled, Natural, Organic, or Pure, any honey that is heated above 160° degrees Fahrenheit during processing, extracting, bottling, or cooking is no longer RAW and devoid of any nutritional, antibiotic, or health benefits. A Raw Honey product should be labeled as such on the bottle. Our pure raw honey is unfiltered for more taste and value, and contains all the naturally occurring antioxidants, pollen, enzymes, vitamins and minerals The flavor and nutritious quality of our raw honey is carefully preserved, we only warm our honey to under 105° degrees Fahrenheit to facilitate handling, unlike most packers, who use temperatures up to 160° degrees Fahrenheit to pasteurize and filter, in order to avoid crystallization. We guarantee that no value is taken out, no cane sugar, corn sugar or anything, is ever added. Our pure raw honey is a local product of USA.
