Maria is a master teacher and life coach. Her gifts of guided exploration and discovery of one’s self are powerful, healing and transforming. Maria empowers people to make dreams a reality, to do the things that they truly enjoy and to find perspective that allows us to thrive rather than just survive. I attended Maria’s Sparks class in December 2012. I took so much away from Maria’s creative and fun class. It gave me the opportunity to slow down (a lost art), prioritize what is really important during the holiday time, and create a vision and plan for what I want during Christmas.

Maria is one of the sweetest people I have ever met, and it made for that much more of an enjoyable experience. I felt comfortable right away with her! She let me choose what music to put on (if any at all), gave me a choice of blankets to make myself comfortable with, and always asked if I had any suggestions. Receiving energy healing from Maria always made me feel energized, yet calm afterwords. I would highly recommend going to Maria if you want to relax and re-align your energy centers in only an hour! It is absolutely worthwhile.

The minute you walk into Maria's studio a very peaceful feeling comes over you. Her touch is gentle and kind and you will leave feeling very relaxed, refreshed and her intuition is spot on! I have the inspiration cards, aromatherapy set and the crystals and my favorite is the aromatherapy. You can put a scent on and feel the value all day- they include Hope, Gratitude, Courage, Presence and Perseverance, and others. The cards are also really nice and they have great ideas for when you need more of the above values!
