Here is an example of our Renovation Procedure, we will customize everything to your renovation needs: - One on one personalized meeting with the owner of Renovation Experts. We will go over all of your remodeling needs and any concerns you may have about your project,and we are easily expressible by phone. -Once we work out the logistics of your project we will meet and review the paper work and make any changes so that we can move forward to sign the contract. -We only ask for 10% down at the singing of the contract to start your project.Than continued small payments to insure that you are in control of your money. -Our contracts are very detailed so that you know exactly what you are getting every step of the way. -If you decide to make any changes along the way thats " No problem" we will make an addendum to the contract and proceed with your work. -We will be on time to start your job. -We clean up at the end of each work day.
