Our company provides an all-encompassing service to each candidate on an individual basis. The unparalleled services we offer extend from S.O.R.A. training, CPR/AED, by one of our medical physicians, training manuals and materials will be supplied, onsite job coaching, mock interview techniques, resume preparation and job placement assistance. Individuals would be trained for their New Jersey State S.O.R.A. license, provided by some of our finest highly skilled Police Officials. Our police officers have over thirty-five years of experience within law enforcement an over fifteen years’ experience training individuals in becoming security guards, before the S.O.R.A. license ever existed. WHAT WE DO All our police officials are also state board-certified instructors with the state of New Jersey, with education ranging from master’s degrees in criminology to security management skills. The purpose of our services is to train individuals to become highly skilled security officers within law enforcement and to enhance their skills by supplementing their income. While it is extremely difficult to find employment in today’s economy, the security field is thriving. Our team of experts are available to bridge the gap between sites that are in high need of well-trained guards and individuals searching for employment. We stand proud of our proven record of accomplishment of placing 85-90% of our trainees with employment as security officers within law enforcement. All students must apply for a temporary 30-Day S.O.R.A. License on the NJ State Police Web Site, (N.J.S.P. org) plus fingerprints for permanent license, one week before training begins.
