Early one morning my dog cut her foot which required stiches. I called Bottletree Aninmal Hospital and they were great. They told me to come in and before I knew it they had taken care of the problem. Dr. Garcia and the staff were helpful during the entire experience. Each time we visit the hospital the staff members are friendly and sincere and our dog enjoys her visits ( maybe a little too much as excited as she gets). I would recommned Bottletree Animal Hospital for anyone who is looking for Veterian services from a group of people who are sincere and go out of their way to enusre you and your pet have a good experience and are well taken care of.

I brought my dog in because it had been limping for a couple days and thought he might have broken something. I called, was given an appointment, and seen all in the same day. However, I do not expect this always to be the case as there business explodes once everyone finds out how great they are. So I brought my pooch in. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. The facility is very clean and excellent from the design to the simple yet functional and comfortable interior furnishings and decoration. One cool thing is that they had great local art all over the walls that were for sale. Okay back to the visit. I explained the situation and was seen by a vet tech who stayed with me until Dr. Garcia could come in. Once Dr. Garcia got there I could tell how dedicated she was to making sure my visit was a pleasurable experience. While listening to me explain what had happened she gave my dog a quick and thorough "once-over" which included checking his joints which I thought was a nice touch. In five minutes she had narrowed it down to a toe on one of his front feet. Instead of ordering a x-ray and racking up a nice bill for herself she just explained that he had probably sprained it and after some friendly chatting sent me home with an anti-inflammatory. As long as I'm in Oxford I won't take my dog anywhere else.

I was given an appointment the same day that I called. The place was easy to find and the staff was so pleasant and nice. The facility was very clean, also. They were very thorough in their exam of my new 5 week old puppy. They were so helpful and answered all of my questions. They also provide books and toys for children which is nice since I had to bring my four year old daughter with me. Prices are very reasonable, in my opinion. They called back promptly with lab results. I would truly recommend Dr. Garcia and her clinic for anyone in the area. My experience was very pleasant and I will most definitely be going back. She seems very professional and knowledgeable, as well as her staff!

Dr. Apryl Garcia is the kindest veterinarian I've ever met! She saw my ferret a few days ago and was so wonderful. It means the world to me that she took such good care of my baby, and the visit was relatively cheap besides! Her clinic fee was a third of the cost of the next cheapest vet for ferrets. Overall, I am absolutely thrilled with Bottletree and would not trust any other clinic to care for my pets.

I recently moved all four of my furbabies to Dr. Garcia. She took her time meeting with me and showing me the clinic and sharing her views on animal care. I have had nothing but POSITIVE experiences at her clinic. Not only is her staff kind and caring towards the furbabies, but they are also helpful and respectful to me. They call and check on them down the line to see if they are progressing. Their grooming services are amazing and I would recommend to anyone trying to find a vet. I am very pleased with how much she cares and the time she spends trying to give your pet the best possible care.
