Ceylon-Tech lied to me and stole my money. They refuse to return it. I took them to small claims court and won. They owe me $866.99. I want my money back!!!!!

I cannot thank this company enough for their helpful assistance. It was a pleasure to part with hard earned dollars in exchange for essential repairs that I did not know that I needed. I have also accepted their kind offer to pay them $50.00 per month to prevent any future non-existent problems. I must confess, however, that I am completely round the bend.

Calls all times of the day and Night
Allowed them to access my SandBoxed PC and they installed 13 viruses.
Wanted me to pay them over $1500 for their "service"
When I told them that was way too much, They Deleted over 1/2 of the *.jpeg files, all of the word and excel documents and if I had let them the would have deleted the boot.inf file!
Thankfully they were locked into my VM and not the real system!

Excellent service. It was great to speak to someone who did not have an accent I could not understand. For the time that the technician took to repair my computer the price was cheap and the result was better than I thought. This 7 year old computer runs like it did in 2005. This company does robo-calling and is not on the line when picking up their calls. The do not comply with the federal Do-Not-Call list rules.
