Personal Chef to the rescue when you don't want to be bothered with shopping and cooking We sit down and prepare a menu for however many days you would like food. I then go purchase food for your menu and prepare it inside of your kitchen. Once the meals are prepared, I store them and explain in writing what temperature and how long to reheat the meals. I can be contacted either via email or through my web page.
