G&P Concrete provided a competetive bid. We received four other bids. Two other families in our neighborhood had G&P Concrete pour driveways and patios and was an important endorsement for us. Shawn of G&P Concrete was very easy to reach prior and during the project. Once started, the team finished the job in just three days. The team from G&P Concrete was very courteous and made sure to clean up the construction area prior to leaving.

We had a large, sprawling patio put in, with a wall...along with an outside fireplace. Also had some drainage pipes put in, for redirect of rain water. In addition, sod was put down. We had a large, sprawling patio put in, with a wall...along with an outside fireplace. Also had some drainage pipes put in, for redirect of rain water. In addition, sod was put down. It took a little longer than expected to get it done, but it was worth the wait! This was a pretty large job. Shawn and his crew are all very professional, courteous, and nice. They all have an excellent work ethic. Our project was extra complicated, due to we have a lot of water run off in our yard...but G&P Concrete handled it like a champion.

Shawn came in right on time the day he came to give us a bid. He gave us a bid within 15 minutes of finishing measurements. We had received bids from 3 other concrete contractors. We decided to go with G & P concrete because of excellent reviews on Angie's list and also because he presented some excellent ideas. Shawn was easy to work with. Our City on the other hand was difficult to work with. Shawn dealt with them in a very calm and patient manner. After we received approvals from the city, Shawn accommodated to our schedule and needs and got the work done very quickly. He and his crew did excellent quality work and left the street and work site in a neat and clean state. He was nice enough to set up my son's basketball hoop as well, even though this was not his core competency. All in all, I would definitely hire him again. He is a very pleasant person. A pleasure to work with.
