Weight Loss and Wellness Consulting NAHH was created to help others who are sick and tired of being sick and tired. I believe chronic illness stems from improper nutrition and that a diet rich in whole foods can help you break free from the undesirable effects of the Standard American Diet. I love helping people to get out of their diet mentality to attain their weight loss and health goals. There is no better time than the present to become an advocate for your own health and I can help support you along the way. I will show you simple ways to improve your overall health through diet and physical + mental exercises. I take a holistic approach to helping the body heal itself as it is designed to do. In a consultation, I show others how to develop their health goals and accomplish them.
