Wow...why did the owner take down the pictures on her website of those implicated in an inappropriate relationship? Was it out of the kindness of her heart or that her 'friendships' (or business) is in jeopardy. Only time will tell... Have you changed your position or still holding onto your altruistic values? Even your male protoge's spouse is tuned in...why not you? It's a shame that this business will not address a customer complaint. They only appear to care about only a select few clients (pet projects). Don't go to this facility if you value your time, integrity or personal relationships as they will all be either lost or destroyed. Now going to week 4 with no results. Ownership is in denial or they purely aren't customer focused. This gym is a feeding ground for impropriety, immorality and infidelity. Even the proprietors can't live up to their Christian values. If you're considering this facility, run for your lives!!! The management of this organization does not align their principles with their practices. Beware of spending your money here. Do not ever allow them to take your photo or use your personal information!!! Not the way a small business who's focused on customer service should conduct themselves.

I would recommend Rapid Results Personal Training to EVERYONE who is seeking help with their fitness goals. I have found out the hard way that it is so important when you are attaining your goals to create a proper program designed for you as an individual and one that incorporates proper form to prevent injury as well as one that is FUN and challenging. That is exactly what you will get from Rapid Results trainers! The owners LaurieAnn and Todd have been in the fitness industry for over 16 years and have helped hundreds to lose weight, gain weight, rehab from injury as well as many other goals and they are very dedicated to your success as can be proven by their MANY before and after pictures all of which I have seen. Most people come to a trainer to lose weight but I was very underweight and dealing with malnutrition and most trainers would just tell me to eat whatever and as much as I wanted to gain weight but that is not healthy. LaurieAnn took my situation seriously but ensured me she would return me to a healthy state if I just listened to her and followed her healthy program for weight training, core work and nutrition plan. I have gained 16 1/2 lbs so far and mostly muscle. It feels incredible to have some strength in my formerly very weakened body. I finally look healthy though now I am looking to gain more muscle so that I too can become a trainer.
