I ordered a pageant dress for my niece for an upcoming pageant. I placed the order on September 21. They sent me a confirmation email of my order and they processed the payment on September 22. On their website it says the dress will ship in 3-5 days. Since it has been six days and I have not received confirmation of shipment, I tried calling them on the posted number 8157857788 (which is the number posted on google, yelp etc as no number is posted on their website). I left a voicemail on the first call. On the second call a woman answered and stated that I had the wrong number. I found a review response on BBB that they closed in December 2016. It is abhorrent to me that a "business" can receive money when their business is clearly closed. They are maintaining a website and a paypal account to receive money when they have no intention of fulfilling any orders.

I ordered a Tiffany gown for my daughter and it arrived earlier than I thought it would. It was also better in person than in the images we saw. It is the Tiffany Princess 13426 in the Pink. The customer service was exceptional and I would buy again and again from them.

While recovering from breast cancer I ordered my daughter a pageant a $398 dress from www.everything4pageants.com. They emailed me to let me know the dress was discontinued. They kept trying to upsell me more expensive dresses. I considered them, but was not interested. I asked them to issue a credit. They kept saying they would, but have not yet. Everything4Pageants.com received the $398 from my Bill Me Later account through PayPal. I have a charge for $398 on my bill AND I HAVE RECEIVED NO MERCHANDISE. Everything4Pageants.com has been given the PayPal dispute #PP003236466082 for Order #7034 to issue the $398 credit. I found a dress for my daughter and she won. I will continue to share the facts of this fraudulent transaction with www.everything4pageants.com to spare other Moms and daughters the grief and disappointment.
