Just now had my iPhone 4 glass faceplate replaced by iRepair! 5 star rating! Matthew first tested music, ring, camera, touchscreen and volume buttons to ensure condition of my phone BEFORE he opened the phone (to establish the existing status and protect him and me for post-repair satisfaction).
Then he explained every part he touched during the repair process, and when finished , had me go through the same tests.
Brand new face! I strongly recommend him!
