Want to learn to relax and at the same time get a workout? Join my Yoga Exercise class. Beginners as well as advanced students are welcome. You will be introduced to warm-ups, breath work, postures and relaxation. This 10 week course meets on Tuesdays beginning 2/5/13 from 6 to 7:30 pm and costs $45.
