I don't even think this deserves one star. I recently rented a house from Piyush and his investment company. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Everything was fine until we told him that we would not be buying the house that we had been renting from him for 3 years. We moved out April 13th and our lease was up May 5th. It took from May 5th until June 11th to get our security deposit back. Then the paper work that was sent with the check was wrong. It said we paid $1650 when I had the lease saying we paid $2100. Then they were trying to take money from us for a dishwasher that was broken when we moved in, a window that was broken when we moved in, cleaning, painting. They took over half of our deposit away for those things. It was not until I threatened to sue them in small claims court did I finally get my money. But it was not over there. June 22nd they pulled $1500 out of my account for rent. It took 3 days to get the money back and numerous phone calls. Jake was the only person that was helpful. He drove a check out to me for the amount that was taken out of my account. I would recommend dealing with Jake, but that is it.
