Don't be fooled by this negative review that was left by Kenneth Talley at NORTHLAND RENTAL PROPERTIES LLC 15760 N MOUNT OLIVET RD SMITHVILLE MO 64089. This guy called for a jacuzzi resurface. The job was completed. He OK'd the job and paid with a check. The next day he stopped payment on the check ( a Class A misdemeanor) and then wanted to only pay 25% of the original price. Now he makes all these excuses and false claims . He scammed us to get a super cheap resurface job which he is using to improve the uninhabitable property that he has up for sale. Our reputation is impecable in the KC area and we have the references to prove it. Civil suit and Lien forthcoming, Kenneth.
