Working with this company was the worst customer service I ever received from any company ever. I lined this company up a month ahead of time to load our belongings into two relocubes/pods. We were heading out after they were loaded to drive to Minnesota, our new home. Terry- the self proclaimed owner of the family business arranged this with me himself- two guys @10am, approximately 3 hours, $65 per hour, verified the date and time. On the day, the guys were half an hour late when I called. He didn't have me in the schedule for the right day, didn't remember the quote or anything about my move frankly. He guaranteed us someone would be there within 45 minutes. This turned into a day long of calling him- over 15 times, each time him not remembering who we were and needing to reexplain our move- who we are- where we are and what we needed, each time him promising someone would be there within 10 minutes to 45 minutes. Each time claiming they were on their way and promising the guys were coming. He sounded wasted to be honest. Around 5pm- he started ignoring our calls. Needless to say they never came. Liberty Moving ended up saving the day for us thankfully and were a good, reliable company.
