Vic (the owner) is a complete fraud and thief. We bought a $10,000 sub zero fridge with a manufacturers warranty until 2016 - so we were shocked to find out by calling SubZero that the unit was a scrap unit and was never allowed to be sold by any contractor. We called the owner Vic and he told us there is nothing he would do. He illegally sold us an unsellable unit and then hung up the phone on us saying that. We are now suing him to get our money back. I am a real person and willing to talk to anyone interested in possibly buying from this company and person to help you out - I don't want anyone else to have to go through what this thief has put us through.
