I will be using them in the future for my car shipping due to the simple fact everything I was told - they did. There is no better feeling than to know my vehicle was protected and I could check the status at anytime to see how things were progressing. From the moment I called to get a quote Nicole was very polite and didn't put any pressure on me to book like the previous companies I spoke with. This was the first time I was doing a move on my own (w/o my company). It was very easy to work with Monique to set up the dates that I needed. The quote was also very reasonable in comparison to other companies. The original pick up date was for Memorial Day which they did not come on but came two days later. It worked out better for me so I could use the car for a few more days as I was sending it out a month before I was actually moving. It was great to be able to pack items in the car for a move across the country to help with my moving costs. The car was supposed to arrive in NY from Seattle in about 10 days and it got there in 6 days which was great! I would recommend to use them again with any other cross country car moves in the future.

Simple process and we only spoke once by phone. I was able to do the rest by simple email and the car was picked up and delivered in a week. I have no complaints.
