I approached Phuong and his company Social Media Network Group through a business co-worker/friend and she said that she had worked with him before. She had only great things to say so I gave them a chance. I had a monthly budget and deadline and Social Media Network Group not only met those expectations but came under budget, (Phuong gave me advice about stuff I didn't need and was not going to charge for, which is unheard of in the business world, being honest and truthful WOW! what a concept) he also made sure everything was done on time! I had gotten 4 other quotes and all said the same things. All of them sounded so polished and sales pitchy it made me think twice. I read Phuong's quote and it read like he was a friend talking to me not talking down to me. I immediately like his style. We met for an hour or so, had coffee and he explained things that seem really technical and over my head but somehow he made them all clear and easy to understand. (He uses a lot of metaphors!) Anyhow, not to sound long winded but I truly wish there were more buisnesses operating more like Social Media Network Group and the owner, Phuong Ha. Would highly recommend him and his talents to anyone who needs website design, or social media marketing. He also helped me with phone technical stuff, syncing issues and other laptop related issues. Amazing!!!! 5 stars all around.

Our business website needed an overhaul, both design and more user engagement on social media so we were recommended to call Social Media Network Group and talk with Phoung. I met with Phoung and he was great. Nice guy, seems really knowledgeable about SEO and design. He really seem to understand what we needed and was on it. I immediately felt like we had a great working connection. He took the time to explain some things that sounded very technical. He gave us a quote soon after, along with 4 other quotes I received from other agencies and Phoung seemed to be the best priced for what we needed. The project was completed and we are extremely happy with the results. Almost immediately, we got tons of phones and Facebook comments about how great the site looked and how professional we looked from what we had before. I am a owner of online apparel store along with 3 other partners. I was the person in charge of hiring a new web designer to redo our old ugly website. Phuong met with me and another partner, went over exactly what he was going to do. He stressed that his business model was not about having a lot of clients but rather having excellent clients he liked to work with and enjoyed working with him. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about everything "technical" and tried to explain it to us. Sam the other partner at the meeting understood everything, I did most of it. But PHuong made sure it was broken down in a way that was really easy to understand even for a dumb guy like me. The work was extremely awesome and the new site is getting rave reviews from our own clients who love that fact that it is functional and good to look at.
