Manny Hernandez came right over on Sat. right after we called him and gave us an estimate for Christmas light installation and a new outlet for our garage. Emanuel Hernandez was hired to enclose our deck with a sun room. He was to put up three walls, install drywall on four walls, install siding, and windows. He went a week over schedule, we actually installed one wall of drywall and he still charged us. Our whole concern was water damage and he failed to protect the wood underneath the siding from weather damage. I had to point it out to him and make him come back and fix it. Then he tried to charge me for having him do the job correctly. We also requested his contractors license and insurance for our home owners insurance and he refused to provide it. Come to find out he has an LLC under someone elses name, but he has NO LICENCE AND NO INSURANCE. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK. A 1,100 project has now cost me over $3,000 because I paid out of pocket and my home owners insurance will not endorse my check because he is not licensed. Thanks Manny.
