Very rude customer service. I called to make a small payment my account to start making good. The guy said I have to set up a payment plan to make good on the account. I told the guy I am currently unemployed and am in the process of getting a job through a bank, in order to be hired I have to make some payments on medical bills to show I am trying to make good. He again said I have to set up a payment plan to make good. I again said if I have no money coming in how am I supposed to make good, I need a job to make money. Your people are ignorant. I understand you are a collection agency, but when someone tells you they are trying to take care of this and that this small amount is all they have dont get rude with them. POOR IGNORANCE
