How to List Your Business

Go to the homepage at https://www.yahoo.com. In the search bar at the top of the page, search for the name of your business. If Yahoo has an unclaimed listing for your business, it will appear on the right side of the page, in a box with your location and contact info. Click on the "Verify your listing" link in this box.

If Yahoo does not yet have listing info your business, look in the main list of search results for the link "Add or update your business." You may see this link underneath listings for other businesses. Click on this link.

Both of these links take you to a site for Yext, an outside company that manages business listings for Yahoo. In the form at the center of the screen, type in your business name, phone number, and your first and last time. Click the "Find My Listings" button.

On the next page you can update your listing. Correct any errors and add any missing information, including a description for your business. You will receive an email at the address you provided. Click on the link to verify your email address, then create a password to login to your account.
