Classic Scottish brasserie and grill offering a true taste of Royal Deeside with local, seasonal cuisine. 1852 perfectly showcases the region's produce through seasonal, authentic, and comforting dishes. We work alongside local gamekeepers, farms, and award-winning butchers to bring fresh, local flavours to our guests in the heart of the Victorian village of Ballater.
