Ryan Kopyar Holistic Healing and Counseling provides online counselling in British Columbia. Ryan Kopyar is a Registered Clinical Counsellor. Creating a different life, starts with creating a different mindset. Beliefs can create boundaries or breakthroughs. Positive breakthroughs in life happen when we change our beliefs in order to see ourselves as being capable and worthy of having that new life. These beliefs are rooted in our emotional patterns and feelings. There’s no negotiating what an emotion feels like, there’s only negotiating what it means. Changing the meaning is how we change the feeling. Because whatever we focus on, we feel. Physical , mental and emotional balance go hand in hand. This is holistic wellness. By bringing awareness to these aspects of ourselves and understanding how they connect together, we can make a more complete and long lasting change in our lives. Just as having a flexible body is part of living a more comfortable life, having a flexible mind is just as important. Changing our external world, comes from changing our internal world. That’s a process that is foreign, scary and overwhelming to many people. I am here to provide online therapy help make sense of the process, encourage you along with way, and to provide guidance on how to navigate the road. You aren’t alone, I am here to be on during this change. Give me a call today.
