On-line & In-school Hairstyling and Nail Technician Courses Systems Beauty College (SBC) in Brandon is owned and operated by Donna Pawchuk. Donna has two decades of hairstyling experience and has spent much of that time teaching here and in Winnipeg as well as owning her own salon. Our attitude is positive and upbeat so students have fun while learning basic to advanced techniques.
