Living with chronic health conditions is challenging, be it chronic pain, IBS, Chronic Fatigue, Parkinson's Disease or some conditions that have unknown cause and unknown treatment for. You may feel frustrated and isolated. Your life is narrowing and your relationship is negatively impacted. But you don't have to struggle alone and we can help. We use body-mind integrated approach to help people like you to heal, to handle life's challenges with more ease and to build a life with more fulfillment and vitality. Dr. Judy Zhu is a registered clinical counsellor and a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy and Mindfulness based therapies in counselling. She also provides acupuncture treatment to help you to de-stress and build more balanced energy.
