General contractor in Red Deer and Central Alberta. Kitchens, bathrooms and basements, garages and framing, custom decks and outdoor living. Insured, WCB certified. Green Ladder Contractors is an owner operated general contractor in Red Deer, Alberta. Inside the house we take on kitchens, bathrooms, basement development and whole home renovations. Structurally we frame detached garages, additions, load bearing alterations and custom sheds. Outside we design and build decks, fences, pergolas, patios, walkways, retaining walls, privacy screens, outdoor fireplaces, hot tub surrounds and landscape lighting. Interior work runs year round. Outdoor builds run spring through fall, because footings need ground that is not frozen. What we spec is chosen for freeze and thaw. Footings below frost line, joists 16 inches on centre, double rim joists, staggered blocking, joist tape and Simpson Strong-Tie hangers. Insured and WCB certified, with a workmanship warranty on every build.
