Carl Chandler, owner and president of C. Chandler Contracting (Celtic Homes) Ltd, has been building residential homes in Dawson Creek, BC since incorporating in 1995. In 2010, Carl expanded his business to include commercial buildings. With approximately twenty full-time crew members and numerous sub-contractors employed, the business has grown substantially over the years and the future looks bright with the continued expansion in the Peace River Country.
