I have dealt with Maxstra for about 2.5 years. Supplying electrical contracting services, we have done 2 jobs. We did a 28 apartment job and then a 34 apartment job, we were paid on time on both occasions. Surprised at the other review? I am cautious about who I do jobs for and are they are fine to work for.

WARNING TO ALL OWNERS OF COMMERCIAL, RESIDENTIAL, CONTRACTORS ETC. DO NOT WORK OR EMPLOYEE MAXSTRA CONSTRUCTIONS. THEY ARE KNOWN AS THE BIGGEST ROGUES OF THE INDUSTRY. THEY DONT PAY CONTRACTORS, THEY BLACK MAIL, THEY NEVER DELIVER ON TIME. DONT BE FOOLED!!!!!. ANDREW AND HIS FATHER HAVE CAUSED DEVASTATION TO MANY PEOPLE. THEY HAVE BEEN BANKRUPT TWICE BEFORE AND REOPEN IN ANOTHER COMPANY NAME AND DIRECTOR.
Corruption Task force
This is an official warning to all stakeholders who have an association with Maxstra as a subcontractor or similar. Please be aware of current investigations into Maxstra with regards to associations with outlaw motorcycle gangs .Please search the internet for the age story Hells Angels Threaten Building Boss.
Also be aware of an official CCF letter to its members warning creditors of Maxstra to report any evidence of delaying or denying payments.
Unfortunately we cannot control the conduct of such builders in our industry but we can report it to the relevant authorities with your help .
If you know anything about corruption in the workforce please speak up .
