Upon completion of his undergraduate studies, Ben was accepted to the University of Mississippi School of Law. He spent a summer semester of law school at the University of Hawaii before graduating early.
Ben is licensed to practice law in Mississippi, Tennessee and Arkansas. He has been practicing since 2007. Ben is an approved guardian ad litem whose duty is to represent the best interests of a child or incapacitated person for the purpose of legal proceedings.
