Ms. Rock received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She graduated from Lakeland University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Criminal Justice. Ms. Rock was a student in the Federal Appeals Project, which handles direct appeals for federal inmates. This allowed her to sharpen her legal writing skills and become a strong advocate for her clients. While at law school in Madison, Ms. Rock worked for the Community Immigrant Law Center, where she assisted immigrants in removal defense.
