Owners Bob along with his wife Misty just recently started a small business that specializes in various Performance Products.Bob has been around truck and tractor pulling much of his life and grew up on a dairy farm. Bob also served proudly in the military for nearly 23 years and is still serving in WI Army National Guard as a Field Artillery Ammo SGT and has tons of mechanical background. He also has an associate degrees in Supervisory Management, Marketing, Fire Protection/EMT. Along with technical degrees /certificates in: Basic welding, automotive electrical troubleshooting, Manufacturing Fundamentals, Advanced Blue print reading. And worked in manufacturing as a CNC operator and have 7 years of experience in that field. It has been their lifelong dream to own a small business for the both of them. Misty has many years of customer service, and loves NASCAR and racing in general. She has completed some college classes in the medical field and hopes to complete this someday. She has even driven a entry level race car in her younger years.And has done the demo derby thing and even been on the seat of the "Diesel Deere". She also enjoys mud bogs with atv's and trucks along with truck and tractor pulling. We own and operate a John Deere Diesel Pulling tractor that we pull circuits in Wisconsin. We decided to park the tractor in late 2014 so we could build a small shop and store for the business. We are focused on getting the business up and running to a level where it is generating some solid revenue to reinvest back into products and depending on how things go we may run some events in late 2016. Our goal is to be able to offer a wide array of products for every application, not just motor-sports. Being that we live in a rural community many products could benefit farmers, semi- truck owners and the average person looking to get better mileage and performance out of their engines. The name of our business may be unique and I will be happy to explain it ; BAR - M Performance LLC is name of the business. We are located in Central Wisconsin,which is the heart of dairy farming,but there also is motor sports such as auto racing, off road racing, mud bogs, Truck and Tractor pulling. The B stands for Build/Basic needs, A stands for Accessories , R stands for Retrofit, and M stands for Manufacture . Another interesting fact that it also represents the first initial of our family members.
