KineticZ Training Gym is located just west of Elgin, In Plato Center. At KineticZ it is our goal to train and educate you to help you reach your goals with as few of set backs as possible. We do this by taking a slow and steady approach with guided training through personal training, small group, and sport specific performance classes. We build a strong foundation and then chase goals from there ensuring you reach your maximum potential.
