Maine Woods Baseball is a wood bat league for players 45 years and older who are interested in competitive baseball and team camaraderie in Midcoast Maine.

Park Photography is based out of Mid Coast Maine. We shoot a wide variety of landscapes and nudes. We also do commissioned work in any area of photography and are open to working with other companys for large projects. We are easily available for questions or comments regarding our work. We will respond to all emails and phone calls within a twenty four hour peroid.

Karate classes are taught in the traditional manner. TheTai Chi classes are taught by Sifu Bill Milam and Sifu Jeff King. These classes are at 6:00 P.M. to 7:00P.M, on Tuesday and Thursday evening. The Karate classes are taught by 8th, 5th, 4th, and 3rd Dan Black Belts.Monday-Friday evenings, 6:00-7:00 P.M.
