Membership includes all amenities including babysitting, tanning and a fitness trainer. We also offer a variety of classes that include ZUMBA, yoga, cardio kick, toning, spinning, target conditioning and senior classes. Participant in Silver Sneakers, a senior fitness program. We offer a variety of membership options at competitive rates. Walk-in are welcome. We provide a clean and comfortable center with over 55,000 sq.ft. of fitness options. Along with our fitness center, we have an outdoor golf range and roller skating rink. We offer great rates for children's birthday parties as well.
