Beginning in 1898, August Kaspar used smooth wire to make corn shuck baskets and horse muzzles. Today, over one hundred years later, in addition toour precious metals business, our company manufactures thousands of wire, tubing, and sheetmetal products, truck accessories, and wastewater treatment systems. We are the world's largest manufacturer of coin-operated newspaper racks. Kaspar Wire Works employs more than 400 people across its businesses and occupies more than 600,000 sq ft of manufacturing space.
