I have been designing and building quility family homes on Vashon since 1979. I have a back ground in construction and architecture. The two go together well and affords my clients the oppurtunity to interface with the designer as the project is being built. My latest project is a 4300 sq. ft. home that is being built using start of the art materials and design. We have all LED lighting on this project which will pay off in 6 years and then be saving money on lighting bills. We are using a state of the art air to air fresh air make up system with a hepa filter and in floor heating with a zone for each room. I work with a wonderful group of subcontractors that I have developed over the 31 years here on Vashon. I also have 31 years of expereince working with the King County Building Dept.
