Prior to painting, our owner and operator, Gary Van Sloun, was in the sales industry. That experience helped him develop his communication and people skills. As a result, he learned how to understand and provide solutions for people's needs. His brother-in-law, a painting contractor at the time, introduced him to painting in 1980 and he realized he was good at it. In 1987, he started Painting by Pros in Jefferson, GA. Thanks to his extensive experience and established relationships, Gary has the ability to do minor repair work and if more extensive repairs are needed he has trusted contractors that can take care of all of your needs. Gary loves the work that he does and that shows through the quality results that he produces. He is present on every job to make sure no detail is overlooked.
