When it comes to fees, there are two distinct environments within which to implement these strategies: 1) A traditional brokerage account environment where fees and commissions occur at the time of each transaction or 2) A wrap or advisory account environment where minor transaction fees and/or an annual percentage fee is charged. In addition to helping with investments, we also provide clients with written advice. In other words, we charge a fee* to construct a financial plan. As part of this service, we will often lead a team of other (tax, legal) professionals for clients ensuring that a coordinated plan is being followed.
