Twin Sisters Publishing has revamped their services and fees for 2011. The company will still offer new authors a chance to see their work in print if it deemed a publishable piece of work. We still have the right to refuse to publish if deemed poor quality or objectionable. Royalty payments are now paid quarterly and by an independent accountant used by the company.
