We are a Florida licensed professional engineering service that is a home-based business located in Tampa, Florida. We bring over 25 years of mechanical engineering experience to our customers. Terry Lambert, a licensed engineer in Michigan, Florida and Wisconsin, earned a BS degree in Chemistry from Northern Michigan University and a MS degree in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Terry entered the swimming pool industry in 2000 as a health and safety regulator enforcing extremely strict construction and operating requirements for Florida's commercial and public establishments. His expertise includes training county health department surveillance inspectors and engineering plans review permitting / final construction inspections at major Florida theme and water parks. Mr. Lambert has a broad array of professional aquatics engineering experience, a dedication to regulatory compliance and health safety, and the unique insight as a chemist as to what actually works in the field. Terry has inspected thousands of pools and has been retained and deposed as a professional engineer expert for a variety of recreational aquatic civil legal proceedings.
