Drug Education & Compliance Systems (DECS), is an experienced third party drug and alcohol testing program administrator with more than 23 years in the industry. Having evolved from Specialists Limited, DECS is under the leadership of Ken Leedy, one of the first administrators to be certified by the Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association (SAPAA).
