Survey preparedness and consultation for long term care facilities (skilled nursing facilities, recreational care facilities, intermediate care facilities, and assisted living facilities) with an experienced nursing consultant. Our goal is to decrease citations, prepare facilities for the entire survey process, and improve star ratings as well as decrease the likelihood of multiple citations.
