GCNF Ventures, Incorporated was founded in 2007 by SherRhonda R. Gibbs. Dr. Gibbs began consulting with small businesses as a Doctoral Student at Jackson State University in Jackson, MS. Since then Dr. Gibbs has collaborated with fellow scholars and industry professionals to expand the practice to other specialty areas. This facilitated the addition of key personnel to her team: Dr. Kelley Duncanson, M.P.A., Ph.D., and Dave Thompson, CPA, J.D.
