Mary Katherine Middleton aka Katherine Middleton is the sole owner of Katz Consulting - Bookkeeping and Tax Services. She opened her bookkeeping business as a result of seeing all the various ways that small business owners put themselves out of business by being noncompliant with the numerous tax laws. She feels that she is providing a better service to small business owners as their bookkeeping/tax partner then as an auditor who issues bills with penalties and late fees for non-compliance
