I offer counseling services to adults and young adults. I have a direct approach that gets people "off the couch" and back to enjoying life. I combine techniques from traditional psychotherapy with Mindfulness and Cognitive/Behavioral training. For fifteen years, my practice has been sustained through word of mouth, from one satisfied client to another. Consulting: I have been working with youth and youth agencies for 25 years. I help with strategic planing, fundraising, program development, grant writing, supervision and clinical consultation. I have raised over 1.5 million dollars in grants to various agencies, over the years and taken programs from infancy to full growth. Currently, I focus primarily on programs that address the educational gap, as college access providers.
