The dream of a neighborhood development with beautiful canals, a mini-storage unit and a shopping center was in the heart of Armed forces veteran and visionary Richard Farrell Sr.
He and his wife, Alice Farrell, moved to Dallas from Odessa, TX in 1965 and fell in love with the Pantego, TX, a subdivision of Arlington. Along the years, Richard and Alice made his dreams come true while raising a family along the way.
Lakewood properties is his legacy and it lives on through his family. It is still family-owned with an original and unique flair. Lakewood Center still focuses on the love for the Pantego community and neighbors.
Lakewood properties is about family, individualism and community. Each individual together as one creates life’s best mixtures. Life is beautiful and we should celebrate it and each other.
