Property Asset Management & Maintenance- maintaining buildings and grounds is a planned program tailored to each clients needs. Accounting Services-the Monticello accounting department is headed by an accountant. In addition, each member of our accounting team hold either an Master's or a Bachelor in the accounting sciences or related fields. Monticello's accounting system is fully integrated and tied in to our various bank and lock boxes to provide current up-to-date financial operating and investment reports such as: daily bank/cash account balances; accounts receivable/arrears balances; accounts payable/open payables; budget vs. actual monthly and year to date Financial Statements.
