Construction began in the year 2001 for Santa Maria Self Storage and opened it's door for business in October of 2003. Since then we have been providing quality customer service along with we have the "Lowest Prices In Town" motto. Our facility is two levels and has over 300 untis ranging in size from 4 x 8 up to 10 x 30. There is 24 hour video surveillance and a residential manager on-site. Each unit is individually alarmed for added security.
